Fact: Your hair is dead tissue. Hair growth occurs inside the body. Only by delivering  nutrition directly to the source can you produce visibly noticeable results.    

Your hair is constantly in different stages of the growth cycle. The healthier your hair the longer it can stay in the growth phase. This means the hair is not brittle, dull, and split. When your hair is unhealthy it will grow slower and break easier. As more and more hair prematurely stops growing it puts an extra load on the scalp to produce replacements.

It's important to know that if you want grow healthier hair at your body's fastest potential, you must  constantly supply your body with a sufficient supply of essential vitamins. Vitamins for hair growth are important not just for faster growth but also for better health.
